A seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of NXXT Golf, is dedicated to elevating women’s professional golf. His passion for providing equal opportunities and heightened visibility for female golfers is central to NXXT’s mission, and he uses this platform to inspire and support the future generation of women in golf.
Dr. Robert K. Winters
TOUR PERFORMANCE COACH / ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
With a Bachelor’s (B.S.) and Master’s (M.A.) degrees from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from the University of Virginia, Dr. Winters has dedicated the past 35 years to investigating the profound impact of thoughts and attitudes on performance. His unparalleled contributions have guided athletes from various disciplines to achieve remarkable success.
Dr. Jen Welter
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Jen Welter, the first female NFL coach and trailblazer, is part of our Advisory Board. Dr. Jen’s groundbreaking journey in professional football, where she made history and continues to disrupt the status quo, has now extended to the world of women's professional golf. With numerous achievements under her belt, including 2 Gold Medals with Team USA, 4 World Championships, and 8 All-Star selections in women's football, Dr. Jen’s commitment to empowering girls and women in sports is unmatched. Her dedication to inspiring change aligns perfectly with our vision for the NXXT Golf Tour, and we’re eager to embrace her fresh perspectives and disruptive spirit.
Jinyu Wu
TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS
Jinyu Wu was born in Shanghai, China, and moved to Florida when she was 14 years old. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Jinyu graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s in Athletic Coaching at Florida State University. She will soon begin her second master’s degree in Sport Management at the University of Florida.
Jinyu has been playing golf since she was five years old. She competed in junior golf tournaments in Florida and reached a ranking as high as 60 in the AJGA. She went on to play four years of Division I golf, earning multiple top-five and top-ten finishes. She previously worked as a golf coach at Eagle Creek Golf Club and has extensive experience coaching and supporting golf programs.
Suzy Whaley
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Suzy Whaley’s golfing achievements are a testament to her unparalleled dedication to the sport. She made history by becoming the first woman to hold various roles as a PGA Officer, including the prestigious positions of PGA President, Vice President, and Secretary. Globally recognized as one of the top golf instructors, Whaley has earned an impressive list of accolades, including titles such as Golf Digest Top 50 Instructor, Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor, LPGA Top 50 Instructor, U.S. Kids Golf Master Kids Teacher, and PGA Master Professional.
Richard Dolan
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Richard Dolan is a seasoned sports advisor with over two decades of experience in marketing and branding for professional athletes. His impressive career includes collaborations with sports legends and icons, such as Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Arnold Palmer, Darryl Sittler, David Falk, Juwan Howard and Mike Mancias Chief Performance Advisor to LeBron James.. Richard’s achievements encompass contributing to three NBA Championship rings and co-authoring “PERFORMANCE: Codifying Human Excellence Through Sport Psychology,” a seminal work featuring exclusive interviews with sporting legends like Wayne Gretzky, Tiger Woods, and Juwan Howard.
Omar Morson
WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Omar Morson is a multi-disciplined graphic designer based in Toronto, Canada. With a wealth of experience in branding firms, design studios, and advertising agencies, Omar is a highly versatile and talented graphic designer.
Throughout his career, Omar has won numerous awards for his outstanding work, including 16 Advertising & Design Club of Canada awards,
7 Applied Arts awards, 4 Graphis Design annuals,
4 Coupe Magazine awards, 2 Design Edge: Reggie awards, 2 Good Design awards, 2 Unisource Litho awards, a Communication Arts award, a The One Show – Interactive Gold Pencil, a Cannes Lion Silver award, and a Society of Publication Designers award.
As a recipient of so many accolades, Omar is truly an exceptional graphic designer who consistently delivers world-class solutions to his clients.
Brian Decker
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR
Brian has over 20 years experience as a member of the PGA of America and has conducted hundreds of tournaments in an administrative, lead capacity. Brian is Certified Expert in the Rules of Golf and served as the Tournament Director for the North Florida PGA and has worked with the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry TOUR as well as PGA TOUR Canada and Latinoamerica TOUR.
Dr. Morgan Fink
ATHLETE HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE
Dr. Fink will lead athlete care and performance therapy across all NXXT competitive platforms, including the NXXT Women’s Pro Tour, the NXXTGen Junior Girls Tour, and the Battle of the Sexes Series.
A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and TPI Medical Level I Certified provider, Dr. Fink brings extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and golf-specific movement science. She currently practices with Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, where she supports athletes in recovery, mobility, and performance optimization.
Alan Wrzesien
USGA ADVANCED RULES OFFICIAL
Alan is a former PGA Professional at Brookfield Country Club in Clarence, NY and Grand Cypress Golf Club in Orlando, where he served as Tournament Coordinator for three years.
His a native of Buffalo, NY and a graduate of Canisius University in Buffalo. Still an avid competitor, he received his advanced certification with the USGA in 2024, and is a fixture at
many Florida State Golf Association events.
Robin Rosado
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Robin is a nationally recognized coach, mentor, and leadership strategist with a 15-year track record in competitive golf. His work with Before The Links, a nonprofit serving under-resourced junior golfers, reflects his deep commitment to purpose-driven athlete development.
Robin’s voice and vision will play a key role as we continue growing the NXXT Women’s Pro Tour, NXXTGen Junior Girls Tour, and Battle of the Sexes Tour.
Chris Adamkowski
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Chris is the Chief Revenue Officer at DealMaker, a global FinTech company disrupting Capital Markets. Prior to DealMaker, Chris spent 12 years at Google where he led industry verticals including Financial Services, Government, and Energy, as well as leadership roles at Google Cloud. Prior to Google, Chris held Sales and Strategy roles, based in the US and Canada, first with a large manufacturing company, then a consulting firm. Chris holds a BA from Western University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Elisabeth Peters
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Elisabeth, an experienced social media manager, brings a wealth of expertise to the Tour. With extensive experience in managing various social media platforms and fuelled by her profound love for women’s golf, Elisabeth is incredibly excited to be a part of this exciting journey. By utilizing her exceptional social media skills and finesse in crafting compelling content, Elisabeth is fully committed to spotlighting the captivating narratives, talents, and accomplishments of women in the world of golf.
